Weights and measures in the United States of America

America is one of the three countries that has not adopted International System of Units. Despite many efforts made by politicians and scientists the idea of changing Metrical System did not work out.
Let's focus on differences between length, weight and temperature in USA and the rest of the World.

LENGTH

1 mm = 0.03937 inches
1 cm = 0.3937 inches
1 m = 3.281 feet / 1.094 yards
1 km =  0.6214 miles

WEIGHT

1 gr = 0.03527 ounces
1 kg =  35.27 ounces / 2.205 pounds
1 t = 1.102 tons

TEMPERATURE

-17.78 Celsius =0 Fahrenheit
0 Celsius = 32 Fahrenheit
10 Celsius = 50 Fahrenheit
100 Celsius = 212 Fahrenheit

Check if you can do this!

20 Celsius = ?
50 gr = ?
7 kg = ?
5 km = ?
7 cm = ?
