Brownie - American sad layer

Not everyone likes when the cake happens to have a sad layer. But this issue in that case does not exhist. Brownie is an intesively chocolate cake which derives from American cousine. Its flatness, wetness and delicateness of the top layer make brownie one of the most popular cakes in the whole world.
